Welcome to our Exchange and Return policy page. Please read the instructions below to ensure an easy transition.
Exchange:
If you have received a defective item we will only exchange it for the same item.
If you would like to exchange an item you must have an return authorization number.
To get a return authorization number for your exchange please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package you are returning.
Any exchanges arriving to our warehouse without an RA number will be refused.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges on the return of a defective item. We will not replace any part until our expert staff has inspected and verified the returned defective item in question.
At no stage will we cover any out of pocket expenses due to your fitment of our products. Expenses include labor, travel and down time.
Once we have received the item we will evaluate it. If we find it to be defective we will replace it free of charge.
If you send your item back and pay your own shipping we will only refund a reasonable amount. We do not consider overnight shipping reasonable.
If you wish to understand what reasonable is simply notify us once you know what shipping will cost and we will inform you of weather we will cover it should the item be found defective.
Typically we will send you a return label and you should not need to worry about paying for it out of pocket.
If there is a problem with A transmission build, subiworks will cover it under the normal return and exchange policy.
Returns:
Used items are not returnable.
If you would like to return an item you must have an return authorization number or (RA number) before you can return your product.
To get an RA for your return please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package you are returning.
Any returns arriving to our warehouse without an RA number will be refused.
If you order a fully built transmission or custom transmission and then change your mind, have fitment issues or find you no longer wish to use it then you will be charged 50% of the total purchase cost to return as all transmission builds are custom ordered and built to your specification.
Looms are not returnable as each one is custom made to order.
If you wish to return an unused item you can but your refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for any shipping charges for the return. Once your return has arrived subiworks will inspected the item. If we find the item to be in good condition we will send your refund with-in 5 business days.
If you do not like our policy than please do not purchase from us. We will do the best we can to support all our products and keep all our customers happy but we must be realistic in doing so.
